This is a body-centered approach to healing that helps you reconnect with your physical self, process trauma, and build awareness through gentle practices like breath, movement and grounding.
Exploring the parts of us that carry different emotions, stories and roles.
IFS Explores the different "parts" within us; the inner child, the protector and the critic. This approach helps them work together in harmony. We work together to foster a deep self understanding and internal healing
Untangling patterns in how we think, feel and relate.
CBT helps uncover helpful thought patterns and behaviors and replace them with more balanced, empowering ways of thinking and responding. We work together to create new patterns and pathways that work for you.
Connection and relational work explores past and present.
This approach is focused on helping you build healthier boundaries, deeper intimacy and emotional resilience
Animal Assisted Therapy. In future sessions, I hope to integrate the support of a trained therapy animal to deepen connection, reduce anxiety and support healing in a grounded and heartfelt way
